The Crowsnest

Entry 5: You should taste this milk

Take your favourite mug and spoon for hot drinks. (My mug holds 300ml if yours holds significantly more or less you might want to change the quantities of the ingredients, or don't, I'm not going to stop you.) Now use the spoon to put a nice big glob of honey in the mug.
Add some cinnamon powder, probably somewhere between a quarter to half a teaspoon. I've yet to add too much cinnamon so you really don't need to worry about an exact amount.
Where you do need to be careful about the amount you add is the clove as it quickly overpowers everything. Add the teensiest amount of clove powder. Like five sesame seeds or one mustard seed worth of clove at most. I recommend not doing this directly into your mug but instead above the containers cap, or a spoon, or piece of paper so that you can put any excess back in the container.

Now go heat your milk, I don't care how, as long as it end up warm. I stir the honey, cinnamon, and clove together while waiting for the milk to heat up but I don't think that does anything special.
Once your milk is warm you simple pour it into your mug, stir until you can no longer feel honey on the bottom.
Now enjoy your drink!
